Healthy Weight

Goals for Weight Loss:

  1. Find my healthy weight and maintain it. 🙂 (Somewhere between 130 – 135 pounds is where I think that will lay)
  2. NO dieting- eat wholesome, healthy foods and exercise to slowly reach my healthy weight

2/14 – weighed in at 145 pounds

3/14 – weighed in at 140 pounds

(***Note:  I am 5’6″ – 5’7″ )
